ESV Tea was founded on the belief that true wellness starts from within. As a licensed pharmacist, I’ve always been passionate about health, but my journey with tea began with a personal mission—to help someone I cared about feel better.
A close friend was struggling with persistent digestive discomfort and relied on daily medication. Wanting to provide a natural alternative, I turned to my pharmacy background and formulated a custom herbal blend. That blend, now known as our Digestzen Blend, featured carefully selected herbs traditionally used to support digestive wellness. After incorporating it into their routine, my friend noticed an improvement and felt more balanced overall.
Inspired by this, I began exploring tea’s potential for overall well-being. My own lifestyle wasn’t where I wanted it to be—I wasn’t eating well, my skin was suffering, and I didn’t feel my best. Despite trying different approaches, I wasn’t seeing lasting results. That’s when I decided to shift my focus to nourishing my body from within.
This led to the creation of our Detox Blend, made with herbs traditionally used to support the body’s natural cleansing processes. By making positive changes—embracing mindful habits and using ingredients rooted in both tradition and scientific understanding—I experienced benefits that I wanted to share with others.

Hi, I’m Dr. Charley Thomas, a licensed pharmacist and the founder of ESV Tea. My journey with tea started as an act of care—blending herbs to create a soothing infusion for a friend. But it became much more than that.
As I began formulating blends, I realized that I, too, needed a shift. I wanted to support my own well-being, both physically and mentally. With my background in pharmacy, I understood that wellness isn’t just about addressing symptoms—it’s about nourishing the body through mindful choices and embracing lifestyle changes that support overall well-being.
